Subdivision No.3 of Subdivision ‘B’ of Farm No. 230a situated within Mazabuka along the Great North Road was sold in December 2022 at US$800 per hectare. At the time of sale, this comparable was undeveloped farm with a land extent measuring 492 hectares. The land was purchased by Mazabuka District Council for the development of Mazabuka Estate
